How to Obtain a DD:

1. Visit your nearest Universal Co-Operative Urban Bank Ltd. branch.

2. Fill out the DD application form with the following details:

  • Name of the beneficiary (payee)
  • Amount in figures and words
  • Name of the city and branch where the DD is to be made payable
  • Your account number and signature

3. Provide the required funds either by cash, cheque, or debit from your account.

4. Collect your DD from the counter after the transaction is processed.

Please Note:

  • Service charges will apply as per the bank's schedule of charges.
  • DDs have a validity period of three months from the date of issue.
  • In case of a lost or damaged DD, please contact the branch immediately for a duplicate or cancellation.
